Filing a Product Warranty Claim
To expedite the filing process, log in to My Account, navigate to My Orders, and click ‘Return’ on the order containing your damaged item. If you do not have an account, you can easily sign up with your email address.
Please complete the Claim Form in its entirety and be sure to include photos – if you are unable to provide photos, the claim process may be delayed. Once we receive your claim, our Claims Department will reach out within two (2) Business days with a resolution.
Please note, the defective product must be located in the Continental United States, or shipping charges may not be covered by the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.
Items Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Commercial use
- Cosmetic issues
- Boards purchased from vendors other than this website
- Boards purchased in used condition
- Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface of the board
Paddle Boards
Beginning January 1, 2022, orders for paddle boards purchased on the website are eligible for a 3-year warranty. (Requirements: registration of board information on the website and email subscription required)
Boards purchased before January 1, 2022, are still covered by the warranty policy: 60-day limited paddleboard warranty, one-year limited warranty on materials.
We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. This warranty commitment does not cover the following claim conditions:
- Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (rocks, docks, other boards, etc.)
- Damage or defects caused by use outside of its intended purpose
- Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear
- Damage or defects caused by transporting, loading, unloading, dropping, or out-of-water handling. This includes marks left by over-tightening transport straps.
- Damage or defects caused by heel dents also known as pressure dings
- Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage in temperatures over 90°F and under 32°F
- Damage or delamination caused by overheating as a result of exposure to direct sunlight while not in use
- Damage or defects caused by wave impact and/or impact with the ocean/lake floor
- Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (example: a wet board bag)
- Boards used in rental, commercial, or teaching environments
- Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin
Paddles
ONE-YEAR Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all paddles from the date of purchase. Accessories purchased separately will not be subject to this warranty policy.
We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. This warranty commitment does not cover the following claim conditions:
- Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (rocks, docks, other boards, etc.)
- Chips, cracks, or separation of the blade due to a result of impact with any object(s)
- Damage due to falling on the paddle
- Paddle sinking
- Damage or defects caused by use outside of its intended purpose
- Damage or defects caused by transporting, loading, unloading, dropping, or out-of-water handling
- Damage due to normal wear and tear
- Damage or defects caused by wave impact and/or impact with the ocean/lake floor
- Improper installation of the handle
- Breakage or damage as a result of overextending the adjustable shaft
- Breakage or damage of adjustable mechanism due to improper use and/or maintenance
- Paddles used in rental, commercial, or teaching environments
Pumps
ONE-YEAR Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all iSUP pumps from the date of purchase. Accessories purchased separately will not be subject to this warranty policy.
We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. This warranty commitment does not cover the following claim conditions:
- Damage or defects due to use outside of its intended purpose
- Damage due to normal wear and tear
Leashes
ONE-YEAR Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all leashes from the date of purchase. Accessories purchased separately will not be subject to this warranty policy.
We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. This warranty commitment does not cover the following claim conditions:
- Damage or defects due to use outside of its intended purpose
- Damage due to normal wear and tear
- Damage due to fin cuts
- SUP leashes are not covered for use in the surf zone
Fins
From the date of purchase, all fins have a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty. Accessories purchased separately will not be subject to this warranty policy.
We guarantee that there will be no abnormal defects in workmanship and materials during this period. We reserve the right to professionally repair or replace defective parts or products with equivalent products at our own discretion. This warranty commitment does not cover the following claim conditions:
- Loss of fins during use
- Damage or defect caused by collision with any material or object (rocks, docks, other wooden boards, etc.)
- Damage or defect caused by normal wear and tear
